Ultra-Girly

Rachel Bilson does it again. She is my style icon and my favorite girl in Hollywood. She simply owns the effortlessly chic, yet casual, girly-girly look. She graces the cover of Lucky Magazine's April 2012 issue, wearing extraordinary pieces by Chanel, YSL, Vera Wang, and Diane von Furstenberg. She claims she loves to dress comfortably and never does herself up too much, which I really admire. She is a big accessories person, as her go-to outfit is something neutral with a great scarf, bag, or pair of shoes that really makes a statement. She is the closet genius, in my opinion. I love this spread, as she is dressed so fun and flirty. She looks so natural & so flawless in these amazing pictures, especially with the beautiful shades of pastel colors against her fair skin tone.

Neon Rage

Spring has arrived! Neon brights are back from the 80's, so get ready to bring out the fuchsia, the turquoise, and the lime. I absolutely love this neon yellow Marc Jacobs bag, as it is the perfect neon accessory. With just a plain white tee and a pair of jeans, this bag makes the outfit so eye-catching and fun. A statement bag definitely makes the simplest outfit pop. Nail polish is a subtle way to embrace this trend, try funking it up and paint every nail a different neon color. Neon shoes are a great way to bring a color splash into an outfit. These Jimmy Choo heels are so vibrant and sexy, take advantage of this color and throw them on with anything, from jeans to a simple, light dress. Take some chances and blind some eyes this season with these bright & bold neon hues!

Bling Bling

I am officially Gypsy Warrior obsessed! Bling up your phone with one of these super trendy phone cases from the fabulous Gypsy Warrior website. This website has recently become one of my most favorites. They have the cutest clothing and jewelry, and for such great prices as well! I just purchased the purple studded phone case and I am seriously obsessed. I got the purple because I really wanted a bright color, and the studs make it look so edgy and so cool. Not only are the quality of these cases to die for, but the prices are just right! They are all $30 except for the top one, because that one has spikes instead of studs. Go & take a look at the website and I'm sure your shopping cart will be filled within 10 minutes. Glitz up your phone and purchase one of these cases, I guarantee you will get hooked and end up purchasing them all!

Spring Fever

Sweater - LF, Pants - H&M, Necklace - American Apparel, Bag - Urban Outfitters, Shoes - Marc Fisher

First day of Spring... seriously could not be more thrilled. Love not having to shlep an annoying jacket out with me all day. I went to the amazing LF sale this past weekend and dug up so many great things, such as this amazing maroon sweater. It was originally $168 but I got it for $28! Talk about an amazing bargain...  I love the color and the look of it with all of the holes and rips. It's so light and was perfect to throw on for this lovely first day of spring. I recently got these leather pants at H&M and I am obsessed with them. I feel like Sandy in Grease when I wear them :) I got this gold chain at American Apparel, I wear it all the time. I love the vintage look of it and I love how I can wear it really long or even double/triple it to shorten it.

Dress - Vintage, Shoes - Forever21, Bag - Rebecca Minkoff

This is one of my absolute favorite dresses. I bought it at a vintage store in LA and it's really special to me because it's the first thing I ever bought myself in Los Angeles. I also love it because it reminds me of the famous dress that Carrie Bradshaw from "Sex and the City" wore throughout the television series and in the second film as well. I wanted to add a little bit of color to this black & white ensemble, so I decided to dab on some red lipstick. This is a perfect outfit to wear for a night out on the town, as it's very causal, yet so chic. The dress is definitely a little short, so I have to be extra conscious of pulling it down as I definitely don't want to be flashing anybody!

Lingerie by Day

Sweater - H&M, Cami - Forever21, Pants - H&M, Boots - Steve Madden, Bag - Balenciaga

I love the idea of wearing lingerie outside of the house. Whether it's a lingerie top with a pair of jeans or even a pair of lingerie shorts with an oversized sweater, this look is super sexy. My best friend, Alyssa, bought me this silk cami along with a matching pair of shorts to wear as pajamas and I am in love with them. They are super comfortable and the floral pattern on them is so pretty. This sweater is one of my new pieces from H&M, it was only $15! Light pink is one of my favorite colors, especially for the spring/summer seasons. I just love the way it falls - and it has pockets! This is the other bag that my aunt gave me, which is so distressed looking because I wear it like it's my job. It's also vintage, so the wear and tear is definitely on display. I wanted to complete this look by roughening up the playful, floral top, so I decided to add a pair of black cargo leggings and black combat boots to form some contrast.

A Hint of Lime

Cardigan - James Perse, Tank - Marc Jacobs, Jeans - Jbrand, Shoes - Tory Burch, Bag - Balenciaga

Sunday bum day, talk about a lazy day. Didn't even have the strength to put my contacts in this morning, so glasses it is! Ran a few errands today, wanted to look cute & comfortable. These jeans are a great go-to pair that I wear with everything. I usually wear them tucked in with boots but I felt like throwing on these Tory Burch flats with them since it's too beautiful outside for boots. This is a great tank to have as stripes will never go out of style. I love wearing it with a pair of denim cut offs or even a pair of harem pants, it's so simple yet so chic. This bag is my prized possession. I die for the color as it just makes every outfit pop. Lime green is such a trendy and hip color in fashion right now. I love wearing an outfit that's filled with neutral colors and then completing the look with a bright colored accessory. My aunt gave this bag to me along with the same one in pink... let's just say, I will be wearing both of them for the rest of my life - obsessed to say the least.

H&M Galore

Sweater - H&M, Jeans - H&M, Shoes - Shoemint, Bag - Vintage, Necklace - Forever21

Yesterday I walked into H&M and literally grabbed 20 things that I loved, tried them all on, and hit the cashier. I got such great staples, such as this amazing white sweater. I love the stitching and the shape of it. Obsessed with these slim jeans, bought them in 3 different shades. Such a beautiful day today, so I decided to cuff the jeans and throw on my favorite pair of wedges. These are the ShoeMint Kbell leather wedges from Rachel Bilson's new shoe line. Every single shoe that her, Nicole Chavez, and Steve Madden collaborate together are truly sensational. I purchased this bag at my favorite vintage store in LA, I wear it to death! Love the distressed brown leather and just the overall vintage look of it. So excited to wear all of my new fab purchases from H&M! The prices there are beyond incredible, and everything is such great quality.

Lathered Up

My best friend and oh-so talented photographer, Carly Tumen, had to take pictures of the human body for one of her school assignments. She decided to take some shots of my legs, while lathering them up with oil. I felt so gross after, I could not wait to go home and jump in the shower. She is so talented and has such a great eye. It takes a lot of creativity to build a canvas and envision a certain image when it comes to photography, but she never fails to nail the shoot and she always lives up to her expectations. These photos really demonstrate how the legs are so highlighted among the dark shadows in the background.

Flower Power

Dare to try the extreme floral print trend this season, as these models flaunted their flower power on the runway at New York Fashion Week - Spring 2012. Floral prints 100% dominate every season, but now their on steroids. Bold graphic flowers of vivid, bright colors took over the runway as these garden beauties without a doubt strutted their stuff. Bring your floral fantasies to life and you will surely be standing out in a crowd. Funk up your look and tweak it up a little bit, be daring and be brave. Those are two very important things to remember, especially in the fashion world. Spring is the best time to try out fresh, new looks, so brighten up your day with some blossoming buds!

To Infinity and Beyond

Scarves are not just for the fall and the winter, they are definitely an every season throw on accessory! They always add a fashionable extra layer to every outfit. Infinity scarves are one of my personal favorite accessories because they basically go with everything you put on and they make you look so much more trendy and put together. They are also extremely comfortable and keep you warm and toasty as well. This loopy scarf even looks great with just a plain white t-shirt and a pair of jeans! Scarves are a terrific essential if you want that perfect pop of color. Be sure to purchase infinity scarves in not only solid bright colors, but in funky prints and florals as well. Have fun with them and keep a few so you can switch off with them, because they are a great go to accessory to just throw on with any and every outfit. What's great is that the scarf does not even have to match what your wearing, it can just be a bold color that stands out and makes the outfit pop. I love that you can wear these scarves in so many different ways. You can wear it the double loop way, the triple loop way, or even wear it as a shawl! It really depends on the look you want to go for, but you can really go to infinity and beyond with this scarf! Watch this to learn how to wear an infinity scarf in 7 unique ways...enjoy!
