Timeless

Wearing: Skirt - Timeless, Shirt - Forever 21, Shoes - Shoe Republic LA (gifted), Clutch - Moyna, Sunnies - H&M, Rings - Brandy Melville

So I recently purchased this adorable skirt at Timeless - what an amazing boutique. They only have three stores, all in Los Angeles, but the great part about the company is you can shop online! They have so many must-have pieces for us fashion obsessed beings - if you don't believe me, go check out the website and your carts will be filled within seconds. I knew this skirt would be a great purchase, as it's so chic and sassy. These gifted Shoe Republic LA silver cap-toe pointed pumps are a fabulous addition to my shoe collection.. I swear the amount of shoes I own is not normal. But like Carrie Bradshaw says, "I like my money where I can see it.. hanging in my closet." I strongly agree with this statement.. who doesn't? Be sure to check out Lulus & Make Me Chic to purchase a pair of these fashion forward beauties! X, A.

Winter Whites

Who says you can't rock some whites after Labor Day? In case you all didn't know, fashion has evolved tremendously in the last few years and I'm pleased to say that there are officially no more rules left in the game. It's all up to you and your personal style. Winter whites are so dreamy and sophisticated in my opinion. I suggest taking a break from black and lighten up your look with some crisp white tones - don't be shy and give it a try ladies! Winter whites were also a big trend this year at New York Fashion Week... aren't these pieces shown above so edgy and fresh? Hey, if I was back on the east coast, I'd love to match the snow!

A Sunshine State

Wearing: Shirt - Vintage, Jeans - Paige Denim, Shoes - Dolce Vita, Bag - VJ Style

So the sun finally decided to come out and I'm oh so happy that it did.. maybe it's because I was wearing one of my favorite shirts (this bright yellow silk blouse) - it always seems to put me in a cheerier mood. As you can tell, I have yet to be spotted without my new bag from VJ Style.. you guys should definitely check out their website, as they have such amazing pieces at wallet-friendly prices. Anyways, back to LA today! I always hate it when vacations end, as that means it's back to reality. This weekend definitely reminded me of how important family is & to always cherish those special moments with them, because unfortunately nothing lasts forever in this world, so remember to take it all in! Thanks for all of your support and comments everyday to all of my readers, I appreciate you more than you'll ever know.. xx!

Happy Monday everyone! So I'm in Boca Raton, Florida for a nice long weekend (even though it's so cold), I'm still having a great time. Nothing like catching up with family that I haven't seen in awhile, kicking back, and just enjoying each other's company. Love this understated, boho/indie look that I went with today, as it definitely supports my 3 C's motto (casual, comfy, and chic) - agreed? Exciting news for you all... I have my first official giveaway coming up very soon! Be sure to stay tuned as it's something you do not want to miss!

The Leather Cap

I don't know about you guys but I am just loving the whole leather baseball cap trend that's been taking over lately. I purchased mine at a vintage store a few weeks ago & I practically live in it. Not only are they great for bad hair days, but they really complete an outfit. As sleek & edgy as they are, they also support the whole sporty luxe/menswear trend that we've certainly been obsessing over this season, agreed? Be sure to check out this leather cap from ASOS - I'd have to say that it's a must-have accessory for us fashionistas. Yep, for sure. Xx!

Vintiqued

So lately I've been obsessing over the iPhone app - Vintique. There's a lot of different filters on it that give your photos more of a retro, vintage feel. I have lots of photo editing apps on my phone but this one happens to be my favorite. Just thought I'd share a few pics from my latest February outfit posts, edited by the one & only Vintique. If you don't have this app, be sure to download it! Promise it's worth it...

Maliblue

Wearing: Sweatshirt - Rebel Yell, Leggings - American Apparel, Bag - VJ Style, Shoes - Jeffrey Campbell, Sunnies - American Vintage Co.

I was so excited to receive this Alexander Wang inspired bag in the mail today, as I've been impatiently awaiting its arrival. Let's just say that I'm in love - it's the perfect everyday bag, need I say more? I don't really wear my Jeffrey Campbell Litas that often but I definitely should, as they're so comfortable (you'd never know it by looking at them) but I think I could run a marathon in them (jokes). Oh and these sunnies are my new babies, obsessed with the mirrored blue tint on them, thought they'd be a fun pair to add to my extensive collection!

Dead Hearts

So for those of you who have not seen this video, I strongly urge you to watch it right now. It's a video that shows the wedding of Jason and Victoria Evigan (such a beautiful couple). I've watched this video countless times and it never fails to make me weep. I'm a hopeless romantic so I live for this stuff (but actually). It really is the "ultimate hipster wedding" - I love everything about it, from Victoria's dress to the wedding decorations to Jason's vows - it's perfection. It seemed so intimate and so special.. definitely my dream wedding. I promise you guys that this video is "The Notebook" status for all of those Nicholas Sparks fans (aren't we all?) Also, whoever made this video is extremely talented - it's so cute how there are different scenes from classic films incorporated into it. Oh, and I'm obsessed with all of the songs in it (Dead Hearts by Stars being my fave). Enjoy and let me know what you think! Be prepared to cry your eyes out people! Xx, A.

Melrose Ave

Wearing: Jacket - Zara, Tank - Alternative Apparel, Pants - Denimocracy, Boots - Steve Madden, Bag - Anthropologie, Sunnies - H&M

Happy Monday everyone! Who watched the Grammys last night? They were amazing.. can't get over how stunning Rihanna looked in all of her outfits - drop dead. So anyways, how cool is this graffiti wall I came across while shopping on Melrose with a friend the other day. Melrose Ave in West Hollywood is without a doubt one of my favorite spots in LA.. the shopping is unreal (I always do my best thrifting there). One other thing I love about Melrose Avenue is the street art, it's literally everywhere you turn. I'm a huge fan of that.. not only because I get to take my blog pics in front of it, but just because it's so inspiring & so visually stimulating - let's just say that I really dig it.
