Neon Blind

Wearing: Sweater - Brandy Melville, Jeans - J Brand, Shirt - Truly Madly Deeply, Shoes - Jeffery West, Beanie - Elm Company

So I'm back in New York... as you can tell. I don't know about you guys but I was definitely blinded by this neon beanie (it's my older brother, Jesses). Stole it for the day, thought it would add some necessary color popping to this neutral ensemble I've got going on here. It's so insanely bright, it almost looks as if it's glow in the dark (now that'd be pretty sick). Agreed? I hope everyone has a great weekend, xoxo!

From Dawn to Dusk

Wearing: Dress - H&M, Hat - Vintage, Sunnies - Urban Outfitters, Shoes - Jeffery West

Hello from New York everyone! So I arrived back home in the Big Apple yesterday and it sure feels good!! This may sound crazy, but I actually miss 50 degree weather these days, considering it's almost reached the 80's in Los Angeles and it's way too early to be sweating my butt off at all hours, agreed? Let's save that for summer!! So I officially finished my first quarter at FIDM!! It flew by so fast, but hey I guess that's life right? You really have to cherish every moment. So now I have about 3 weeks off before I start my next quarter, gotta love a nice vacation! Oh and I absolutely love FIDM, just incase you were wondering. Fashion school is the best. Onto the outfit... a few weeks ago, I was with my friends going through some racks at H&M (one of my fave stores). We came across a few of these dresses in different colors, for just $12 each... how could I not try one on? It's the perfect color and it's a piece that you can wear day & night or shall I say - "from dawn to dusk." Um, these boots - aka the new loves of my life. Spotted them at Wasteland last weekend for under $100 when they usually go for around $300. I love how badass they are - I will be living in these so beware to see them a lot my lovely chic geeks! Xx, A.

Good Girl Gone Bad

Wearing: Sweater - LF, Shirt - Emma & Sam, Shorts - Levi's, Boots - Dr. Martens, Sunnies - Target, Necklace - L Sand Jewelry

So these photos remind me of a "good girl gone bad." Why you may ask? Well the graffiti wall plus my badass Dr. Marten boots give off such a grungy, edgy vibe while blowing dandelions gives off such an innocent, playful vibe. Gotta love that contrast, makes the pictures so much more interesting. Had such a great weekend as Marissa (one of my best & oldest friends) came to visit me from the east coast! From shopping & thrifting on Melrose Ave, to riding the roller coaster on the Santa Monica Pier, to soaking up the sun on the beach.. we really had such a fun time, miss her already! She took these awesome photos by the way, aren't they amazing? She's so talented and has such a great eye when it comes to fashion and photography - can't you tell? Well I'm off to New York this week for a nice little break, so excited!!

Wearing: Tank - Brandy Melville, Sweater - Brandy Melville, Shorts - Levi's, Boots - Dr. Martens

So this shirt pretty much describes me - a NY/LA girl. Whenever I see girls wearing this tank, I'm like in my head (this shirt was made for me - not you). Kidding!! No but really though, I have so many shirts like this since I actually am a bicoastal girl (and I love it). I really get the best of both coasts as I have homes in both places - but I'm currently living out in Los Angeles and I couldn't be happier. Even though I was born & raised in New York, I'm really turning into quite the Cali girl. Oh and I just can't get enough of these Dr. Marten boots if you couldn't tell... obsessed is an understatement. Anyways, happy Friday everyone!! Hope you all have a great first weekend of spring! Xx, A.

Festival Breeze

Wearing: Skirt - Sugarlips (gifted), Tank - Brandy Melville, Jacket - Theory, Boots - Dolce Vita, Backpack - Target, Sunnies - Urban

Do I look ready for Coachella or what? This would be a great outfit if I were going (insert sad face). I received this skirt a few days ago from Sugarlips and I am head over heels in love with it. From the color to the fringes.. I'd give it a 10/10. I know I'll be living in this little number all summer long.. so thank you Sugarlips! Moving on, I purchased this adorable backpack from Target a few months back and I never even wore it until today! So happy I decided to throw it on because it's such a great piece for this season and the best part is - you're hands free!

Getty Bound

Wearing: Shirt - Chelsea Flower, Jeans - Paige Denim, Shoes - Old Navy, Bag - Anthropologie, Sunnies - Urban, Bracelet - Hermes

Spent such a lovely saturday at the Getty Museum. It was so nice to get out, experience some culture, and see some beautiful art. It was so foggy outside so unfortunately I couldn't see all of the amazing panoramic LA views from the museum, but I'll definitely be back soon. Chose to brighten up the day by wearing this adorable tie-dye shirt, I just love the goddess-like sleeve.. very boho-chic in my opinion. This last picture is of the "Central Garden" at the Getty, it's so beyond breathtaking, you feel like you're in another world, perhaps "wonderland." Anyways, I hope you all had a great weekend! Thanks for stopping by and for leaving such sweet comments, they never go unnoticed! Xx.
